国际金融组织贷款项目与我国传统的财政部门预算项目管理模式有较大的差别。本文通过介绍国际金融组织贷款项目的相关程序,并与我国财政部门预算项目管理模式进行比较,以借鉴国际金融组织贷款项目的管理经验。
There is a big difference between the loan programs of international financial organizations and the budget project management mode of China’s traditional financial departments. This paper introduces the related procedures of loan programs of International Finance Organizations and compares with the budgeting project management mode of China’s finance department to draw lessons from the management experience of loan programs of international financial organizations.
