在农村初期电子商务发展过程中,经营主体多为以夫妻档、兄弟档等组成的电商个体经营户,着重依托于广大的家族式企业。本文以揭阳市军埔电子商务村为例,着重选取作为电商村经营和发展主要力量的电商家族企业代表,研究以血缘家族为基础的家族式企业对电商经营模式形成和发展的影响,并通过组织文化的角度探究依托家族关系而形成的电商村组织模式的形成内因和未来出路。
