近年来,中国经济发展迅速,但我国资本市场的不完善已经成为制约我国经济发展的重要因素,而积极培育和发展机构投资者,仍是中国资本市场相当长时期内改革和发展的战略内容.本文首先简要概述我国机构投资者的发展现状;并分析机构投资者的发展对完善我国资本市场的重要意义,然后分别从机构投资者和管理层出发,提出了我国机构投资者的发展思路.“,”In recent years,China's economic has developed rapidly,but China's capital market imperfections has become an important constraining factor in China's economic development.So actively foster and develop institutional investors is an Strategic task in the reform and development of China's capital market in a long period of time .This paper begins with a brief overview of the status quo of China's development of institutional investors,and then analyse the positive effect of developing institutional investors on improving China's capital market.And then this paper proposes the development ideas of China's institutional investors separately from the perspectives of stitutional investors and the Authority.
