应用PCR-SSCP及Southern杂交技术检测了56例喉鳞癌和35例喉乳头状瘤组织中HPV16/18的DNA及p53基因点突变。结果显示24例喉部肿瘤组织p53基因点突变;35例喉癌及24例喉乳头状瘤组织中检出了HPV-DNA。在13例喉癌组织和3例喉乳头状瘤组织中同时检出p53点突变和HPV-DNA。提示HPV感染和p53变异与喉部肿瘤发生有关,其内在联系有待深入研究。
The DNA and p53 gene mutations of HPV16 / 18 in 56 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 35 cases of laryngeal papilloma were detected by PCR-SSCP and Southern hybridization. The results showed that p53 gene mutation was detected in 24 cases of laryngeal tumor, HPV-DNA was detected in 35 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 24 cases of laryngeal papilloma. P53 mutations and HPV-DNA were detected simultaneously in 13 laryngeal cancer tissues and 3 laryngeal papilloma tissues. Tip HPV infection and p53 mutation associated with the occurrence of laryngeal cancer, the inner link needs further study.
