碳酸钾溶液捕获CO2在成本和能耗等方面有明显的优势,近年来再次受到人们的关注,但是存在吸收反应速率慢的动力学限制。本研究采在湿壁柱中考察了碳酸钾和活化碳酸钾溶液在不同条件下吸收CO2的效果,并对比了硼酸与其它活化剂的活化能力。结果表明,在考察的范围内随着吸收剂流量和气速的增大、温度的升高均可使碳酸钾溶液吸收CO2的气相总传质系数增大;硼酸的加入可以显著增加吸收速率,加入3%(质量分数)硼酸后气相总传质系数可提高约60%。
Carbon dioxide capture CO2 in the cost and energy consumption has obvious advantages, in recent years once again by the people’s attention, but there is a kinetic limit of absorption reaction rate is slow. In this study, the effect of CO2 absorption by potassium carbonate and activated potassium carbonate solution under different conditions was investigated in wet-walled column, and the activation ability of boric acid and other activators was compared. The results showed that with the increase of the flow rate and the gas velocity of the absorbent, the total mass transfer coefficient of the gas phase in the absorption of CO2 by the potassium carbonate solution increased with the increase of temperature. The addition of boric acid could significantly increase the absorption rate, After 3% (mass fraction) boric acid gas total mass transfer coefficient can be increased by about 60%.
