目的观察甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在2型糖尿病患者中的应用及对血糖波动的影响。方法取我院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者的资料,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用预混胰岛素治疗,观察组采用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,采用血糖仪检测两组治疗前、后血糖情况,比较2组临床疗效及对血糖波动的影响。结果两组治疗前血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后血糖水平,低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后2个月药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者采用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗效果理想,血糖波动相对较小,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide on type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on blood glucose fluctuation. Methods The data of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital were divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30) by random number method. The control group was treated with premixed insulin. The observation group was treated with insulin glargine and repaglinide. The blood glucose level before and after treatment was measured by blood glucose meter. The clinical effect and the effect on blood glucose fluctuation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The blood glucose level of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Two months after treatment, the incidence of adverse drug reactions was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Type 2 diabetes with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide treatment effect is ideal, blood glucose fluctuations is relatively small, it is worth promoting the application.
