增强思想政治工作的实效性,一直是国有企业追求的一个重要目标。 对此,四川石油地调处党委在实践中积极创新思想政治工作载体,提升了实效性,为企业发展注入了思想动力。使企业在行业竞争日趋激烈、勘探成本一直居高不下、企业内部改革持续不断、职工思想异常活跃的新世纪中,仍然实现了项目工作量、职工人均收入年年创新高的奋斗目标。其中,2002年资金工作量达4.5亿元。进入羊年,发展势头强劲,到6月底止,所获项目工作量和资金工作量,均较前3年同期有较大幅度增长。
