在湖北省神农架林区树洞中发现有金毛巨蚊的孳生,孳生率11.8%。树洞口径较大,积水量较多,积水颜色较深的地方,该巨蚊孳生机会也多。金毛巨蚊孳生的树洞积水,氨氮和耗氧量的含量高于仅有吸血蚊类孳生的树洞积水和巨蚊孳生地附近有蚊类孳生的地面积水,二者对巨蚊孳生的贡献率分别为79.76%和20.24%。当温度适于巨蚊发育和繁殖时,巨蚊孳生率的变化与降水量有关,降水量大,孳生率高,反之则低。
In Shennongjia forest area in Hubei Province found in the tree-hole giant mosquito breeding, breeding rate of 11.8%. Tree hole diameter larger, more water, water color darker places, the giant mosquito breeding opportunities. The water content, ammonia nitrogen and oxygen consumption of the tree-hole waterweed in giant golden retriever were higher than that in tree-hole water with only blood-sucking mosquitoes and mosquito breeding near the giant mosquito breeding place. When the temperature is suitable for the development and reproduction of giant mosquitoes, the change of the breeding rate of giant mosquitoes is related to precipitation, the precipitation is large, the breeding rate is high, and vice versa.
