铝锌合金以铝、锌、硅为主要合金元素.铜、铁等元素为杂质。本法用氟化物和硫代硫酸钠掩蔽铝、铁、铜等元素,在pH5.5左右条件下进行锌的直接络合滴定。但加入氟化物时会产生大量铝的白色氟化物沉淀,由于吸附作用,使测定结果偏低。试验证明,在有乙酸根存在下,即使有大量钠离子存在也不会产生铝的氟化物沉淀,因此在下述方法中用20%乙酸钠调节酸度,使滴定终点清晰,消除了吸附现象,提高了方法的准确度. 分析方法
