老年性黄斑变性也称作年龄相关性黄斑变性,是西方国家主要致盲性疾病之一,其发病率随年龄增长而逐年升高。目前,由于病因及发病机理还不明确,但无确实有效治疗方法。本文就近年来手术疗法的原理、术式、并发症及效果等方面予以综述。
Age-related macular degeneration, also known as age-related macular degeneration, is one of the major blinding diseases in Western countries and its incidence increases year by year with age. At present, due to etiology and pathogenesis is not clear, but no effective treatment. This article summarizes the principles, surgical procedures, complications and effects of surgical treatment in recent years.
