80例神经内科住院患者感染的临床特点及相关因素

目的探讨神经内科住院患者感染的临床特点及相关因素。方法选取本院自2012年3月~2013年3月收治的80例神经内科住院并发生医院感染的患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,对患者的临床特点及相关因素进行分析总结。结果呼吸道是患者发生医院感染的主要部位,其次为泌尿道,然后为消化系统、皮肤软组织等;脑出血是较易发生医院感染的疾病;而住院时间长、抗生素使用不合理、侵入性操作等则是引起医院感染的几项主要因素。结论加强基础护理、合理使用抗生素、注重危重患者的营养疗法、减少侵入性操作是减少医院感染的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and related factors of inpatients with neurology inpatients. Methods Eighty patients admitted to our department of neurology from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical features and related factors of the patients were analyzed and summarized. Results The respiratory tract was the main site of nosocomial infection in the patient, followed by the urinary tract, then the digestive system, skin and soft tissue, etc .; cerebral hemorrhage was the most common hospital infection; the long hospital stay, unreasonable use of antibiotics and invasive operation It is caused by several major hospital infection factors. Conclusion The key to reducing nosocomial infections is to strengthen basic nursing, use antibiotics rationally, focus on nutrition therapy in critically ill patients, and reduce invasive procedures.
