伴随改革开放的不断深入,我国的高层建筑及居住小区如雨后春笋般地涌现,建筑给排水技术也因而得到了长足发展,但是我们要明白:调水是手段,节水是前提,环保是方法。随着历史的进步,现在的污水开始回用,那么污水厂的位置在这个前提下位置需要改变。而且随着时间的推移,建筑给排水与城市给排水的关系越来越紧密。但是在给排水施工过程中,存在着一些需要注意的问题,根据多年建筑给排水设计及施工现场的服务经验,从提高住户居住环境和生活质量出发归纳总结了经常遇到的问题及解决办法。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China's high-rise buildings and residential areas have mushroomed emergently, building drainage technology has also made considerable progress, but we must understand: water transfer is the means, water conservation is the premise, environmental protection is the method. With the progress of history, the sewage now starts to be reused, and the location of the sewage plant needs to be changed under this premise. And with the passage of time, the relationship between building water supply and drainage and urban water supply and drainage become more and more closely. However, during the process of water supply and drainage, there are some problems to be noticed. Based on many years of service experience in water supply and drainage design and construction site, this paper summarizes the frequently encountered problems and solutions from the perspective of improving the living environment and quality of life of residents.
