目的 :明确力竭性运动及轻量运动对原发性高血压心肌重塑和心功能的影响。方法 :10只WKY (Wistar京都 )大鼠为A组 (正常对照组 ) ,30只SHR(自发性高血压大鼠 )随机分为 3组 ,分别为B组 (高血压组 )、C组 (高血压 +轻量运动组 ,每天间歇游泳训练 30分钟 )、D组 (高血压 +力竭性运动组 ,每天持续游泳训练 12 0分钟 )。经不同处理 8周后 ,测血流动力学指标、心肌细胞凋亡率、左心室质量指数、心肌间质纤维化程度 ,并进行扫描电镜观察。结果 :A、B组大部分指标有显著差异 ;C组较B组舒张功能改善 ,心肌重塑减轻 ,D组各项指标较B组恶化。结论 :轻量运动可改善原发性高血压心功能、减轻心肌重塑 ,力竭性运动作用相反
Objective: To determine the effect of exhaustive exercise and light weight exercise on myocardial remodeling and cardiac function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: Ten WKY (Wistar Kyoto) rats were divided into three groups: group A (normal control group), 30 SHR (spontaneous hypertensive rats), group B (hypertension group), group C Hypertension + light weight exercise group, daily intermittent swimming training for 30 minutes), D group (Hypertension + Exhaustive exercise group, daily continuous swimming training 12 0 minutes). After 8 weeks of different treatment, hemodynamic parameters, myocardial cell apoptosis rate, left ventricular mass index and myocardial interstitial fibrosis were measured and observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: Most indexes of group A and group B were significantly different. In group C, the diastolic function was improved and myocardial remodeling was relieved. The indexes in group D were worse than those in group B. CONCLUSION: LIGHT MASSAGE CAN IMPROVE HOSPITAL FUNCTION OF ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION AND MITIGATE MYOCARDIAL REMNANCY, EXERCISE OF EXHAUSTIVE EXERCISE
