本文着重介绍了用M2A1超硬高速钢制作刀具和用高韧性65Nb基体钢制作模具的优化技术,即强韧化处理和表面强化处理技术。经优化处理的刀具和模具的使用寿命较原刀具、模具提高了2~3倍。该优化技术有很大的适用性,可在机械厂中广泛推广,具有较高的经济效益。
This article focuses on the use of M2A1 super-hard high-speed steel cutting tools and high toughness 65Nb base steel mold making optimization techniques, namely, toughening treatment and surface strengthening treatment technology. Optimized processing tools and mold life than the original tool, the mold increased by 2 to 3 times. The optimization technology has great applicability, can be widely promoted in the machinery plant, with high economic benefits.
