小学生是祖国未来的支柱,是社会主义现代化事业的建设者和发展者,是国家重点“保护对象”。但近年来,小学生的犯罪率日渐突出,他们的法制意识薄弱,容易因各种社会诱因而犯罪,也容易成为犯罪侵害对象。小学生正越来越成为法制教育的盲点,所以要加强培养小学生法制意识,做好法律基础知识教育,让小学生形成遵纪守法的意识。其中,社会、学校、家长应多方面做出相应措施来加强培养小学生的法制意识。
Pupils are the pillars of the future of the motherland, the builders and developers of the cause of socialist modernization, and the focus of the state in their protection. However, in recent years, the crime rate of pupils has become increasingly prominent. Their awareness of the legal system is weak, they are easily criminally guilty of various social incentives and can easily become targets of crimes. Primary school pupils are increasingly becoming the blind spots in the legal education. Therefore, we must foster the awareness of the legal system of pupils and educate the basic legal knowledge so that pupils can form a law-abiding awareness. Among them, the society, schools and parents should make corresponding measures in many aspects to strengthen the legal consciousness of primary school students.
