Objective: To establish a method for determination of lysine in Naproxen dispersible tablets. Methods: UV spectrophotometry, determination of the wavelength of 5 6 5nm. Results: The average recovery was 99.2 9% with a RSD of 0.21% (n = 10). The linear range was 1.792 ~ 8.96 4μg / ml. Conclusion: This method is accurate and feasible
