The 15th meeting of the Standing Committee of Fujian Province examined and adopted Decision of Fujian Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee on Promoting Ecological Civilization, which is the first major decision made by the Fujian authorities on the construction of ecological civilization. The decision places special emphasis on strengthening exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan so as to promote the building of ecological civilization across the Taiwan Strait.
