目的建立以HPLC法同时测定含碘复方苯甲酸醇溶液中水杨酸及苯甲酸含量。方法以CAPCEU PAK C_(18)UG120(4.6 mm×250 mm,3μm)为填充柱,甲醇-0.05 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至4.0)(50:50)为流动相;检测波长为232 nm,流速为:1.0 ml·min~(-1),进样量为20μl。结果水杨酸在6.018~60.18μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.0000);苯甲酸在12.008~120.08μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为水杨酸99.95%,RSD为0.28%(n=9);苯甲酸99.91%,RSD为0.28%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确,分离度好。可用于该制剂中2组分的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in iodinated compound benzoic acid alcohol solution. Methods CAPCEU PAK C 18-18 UG120 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 3 μm) was packed with methanol-0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH 4.0 with phosphoric acid) (50: 50) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 232 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). The injection volume was 20 μl. Results Salicylic acid had a good linearity in the range of 6.018-60.18μg · ml -1 (r = 1.0000) and benzoic acid in the range of 12.008-120.08μg · ml -1 (r = 1.0000). The average recovery was 99.95% salicylic acid, RSD 0.28% (n = 9), benzoic acid 99.91%, RSD 0.28% (n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and good separation. It can be used to determine the amount of 2 components in this formulation.
