目的:改变泌尿外科只结扎精索静脉而保留好动脉的传统治疗模式。评价小切口腹膜后精索动静脉高位结扎术的效果及价值。方法:采用局麻,回顾性分析260例精索内动、静脉高位结扎术的治疗效果及恢复情况。结果:260例手术均获成功,平均手术时间25 min,术时未见明显出血及脏器损伤,术后平均住院6天,随访220例,时间3～12个月,12例复发,复发率为5.5%。无一例发生睾丸萎缩或坏死。结论:本术式是一种医患均乐意接受的创新术式,损伤小、历时短、效果良好。
OBJECTIVE: To change the traditional treatment modality of urinary surgery in which only the spermatic vein is ligated and the artery is preserved. Evaluation of small incision retroperitoneal spermatic vein high ligation effect and value. Methods: Using local anesthesia, retrospective analysis of 260 cases of spermatic cord and vein ligation of the treatment effect and recovery. Results: All the 260 cases were successful. The average operation time was 25 minutes. There was no obvious hemorrhage and organ injury during operation. The average postoperative hospital stay was 6 days. 220 cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months. The recurrence and recurrence rate were 12 5.5%. No case of testicular atrophy or necrosis occurred. Conclusion: This procedure is a kind of innovative operation that doctors and patients are willing to accept, with less damage, short duration and good effect.
