随着经济高速发展,我国农村居民的物质生活水平得到了很大提高,伴随而来,人们的精神文化需求也在不断增加。因此,加强农村公共文化服务体系建设,不仅是构建我国社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,也是满足广大农村居民内在精神文化需求的重要途径,更是维护公民基本文化权益、满足人民群众基本文化需求的重要保障,是维护公共文化生活的公平与正义,促进社会和谐稳定的必然要求,同时也是各级政府的基本职责。本文将对我国农村公共文化服务体系建设的现状进行梳理和分析,并从机制、人才、投入等角度就如何加强农村公共文化服务体系建设给出对策与建议。
With the rapid economic development, the material living standards of rural residents in our country have been greatly improved. Along with this, people’s spiritual and cultural needs are also on the increase. Therefore, strengthening the construction of public cultural service system in rural areas is not only an important part of building a harmonious socialist society in our country, but also an important way to meet the intrinsic spiritual and cultural needs of rural residents. It also serves to safeguard the basic cultural rights and interests of citizens and meet the basic cultural needs of the masses The important guarantee is the inevitable requirement of safeguarding the fairness and justice of public cultural life and promoting the social harmony and stability. It is also the basic duty of all levels of government. This article will sort out and analyze the status quo of the construction of rural public cultural service system in our country and give some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of public cultural service system in rural areas from the aspects of mechanism, personnel and input.
