目的观察输注脐血对恶性肿瘤化疗患者外周血象及免疫功能的影响。方法将研究对象150例,按住院治疗的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各75例。观察组在采用化疗的基础上给予新鲜脐血输注,而对照组则只采用化疗,观察两组外周血象及免疫功能各项指标的变化。结果观察组输注脐血后外周血象白细胞和血小板水平明显提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。免疫功能各项指标CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和NK细胞活性明显提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者在化疗的同时辅助输入脐血,可提高外周血象白细胞和血小板水平,提高患者免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effects of cord blood transfusion on peripheral blood and immune function in malignant tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods The study object 150 cases, according to the order of hospital treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 75 cases. The observation group received fresh cord blood infusion on the basis of chemotherapy, while the control group only received chemotherapy. The changes of peripheral blood and immune function indexes in both groups were observed. Results The level of white blood cells and platelets in the peripheral blood of the observation group increased significantly after cord blood transfusion, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). The indexes of immune function such as CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and NK cell activity were significantly increased, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Malignant tumor patients receiving chemotherapy with cord blood supply can increase leukocyte and platelet count in peripheral blood and improve immune function.
