未成年人监护主体的缺失,使得很多未成年人在实践中得不到应有的关爱,容易沾染社会不良习气,出现心理问题,从而引发违法犯罪行为,就要建立多元化的未成年人监护主体制度,因此使家庭和社会能够给予未成年人更多的关爱。相关法律制度的完善既是实现未成年人权益保障的重要内容,也是预防未成年人违法犯罪的一个重要方面。构建多元化的未成年人监护主体制度是我国社会发展的必然趋势,在这一过程中要始终坚持管理创新的理念。从未成年人监护主体来看,我国未来的未成年人监护应建立以亲属为核心,以政府为主导,以社会为补充的三元监护主体结构。
