本文对402名温州汉族无关个体DXS9898、DXS6800、DXS6810等3个X-STR基因座遗传多态性多态性进行了调查,现报道如下。1材料与方法样本及DNA提取402名温州汉族无关个体抗凝血液样本,其中女220人、男182人,系本实验室日常检案积累。采用Chelex-100法[1]提取DNA。扩增及检测3个基因座的引物序列参照基因组数据库(www.gdb.org),由上海生工生物工程公司合成。PCR扩增条件为94℃3min;94℃35s,58℃
In this paper, 402 polymorphisms of three X-STR loci such as DXS9898, DXS6800, DXS6810 and other unrelated individuals in Wenzhou Han were investigated and reported as follows. 1 Materials and Methods Samples and DNA Extraction 402 Wenzhou independent unrelated individuals anticoagulant blood samples, of which 220 were women, 182 were male, Department of laboratory routine inspection accumulation.
