传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)常散发,亦可在集体儿童中流行,现将我院住院的92例资料较完整者报告如下。临床资料:男59例,女33例,为1.8:1;最小1例3个月,最大13岁,2岁以内最多,占69%,全年均有发病,本组以1～4月份为多;92例均有发热,平均温度为39.5℃,平均热程13.4天,以伤寒样热型为多,可有不规则热,双峰热及驰张热;呼吸系统有咽部充血89例(96.7%),扁桃体肿大28例(30.4%),喉炎4例(4.3%),咳嗽81例(88%),气喘12例(13
Infectious mononucleosis (IM) often distributed, can also be popular in collective children, now our hospital 92 cases of more complete data are reported as follows. Clinical data: 59 males and 33 females, 1.8: 1; a minimum of 1 case 3 months, the largest 13 years old, up to 2 years of age, accounting for 69% of the annual incidence of this group in January to April 92 cases were fever, the average temperature of 39.5 ℃, the average heat of 13.4 days, with typhoid fever as much, may have irregular heat, bimodal fever and Chi Zhang fever; respiratory system has pharyngeal congestion in 89 cases (96.7%), tonsil enlargement in 28 cases (30.4%), laryngitis in 4 cases (4.3%), cough in 81 cases (88%) and asthma in 12 cases
