个案背景“新移民”指“改革开放以来通过正式或者非正式途径实现自我或家庭区域性迁移,已经在移居城市获得稳定工作和住所,并且有定居意愿的群体”。作为市场经济的必然产物,新移民们面临着流出地与流入地在经济、社会、文化、生活方式等方面存在的差异。本案案主小马(化名)就是北京新移民中的一员,因社会融入困难导致社会交往障碍而寻求社会工作者的帮助。
