After the end of World War II, as an important contributor to the Japanese aggression and Japan’s war of aggression against Japan, China faced a series of negotiations with Japan. However, on October 20, 1950, U.S. Secretary of State Dulles put aside the newly established government of the People’s Republic of China and unilaterally held talks with Taiwan authority Gu Wei Jun on the United Nations’ site in New York to express that the Taiwan authorities are participating Japan and the only legitimate government in China, and thus changed its terms and procedures.
