为开发新的饲料资源,缓解饲料原料紧缺局面,我们于1988年2～11月开展了利用淀粉酶渣养鱼的试验。现将试验结果报告如下: 一、材料与方法食品级淀粉酶废渣是以豆饼粉、玉米粉和少量磷酸盐为原料,经过发酵、培养,提取淀粉酶的废弃物。鲜渣含水份65％～70％,干物质含粗蛋白25％以上。试验方法分试验点和推广面,试验点中又以龙山渔业队为观察点。投喂方法:在3月份以前,酶渣投放在池水的交界处,让其随着水位的升高而自然溶解于水中,投放量为全年总量的15％。目的是尽快使池塘内的浮游生物繁殖起来,改善水质,提高水溶氧量,可促进花、白鲢的迅速生长。酶渣也可直接作为草鱼、鲫鱼、鲤鱼的饵料。4月份以后,水温逐渐上升(平均在15℃以上),可把酶渣先加水调稀,再用泵全池喷撒。喷撒顺序是先池边后中央,如没有水泵或投饲量不大,池塘面积小,可直接用粪勺泼撒。这时所施酶渣大约有50％用于肥水,50％作为鱼类的补充饵料。投饲时间选在晴天上午9～10点和下午2～3点,5点以后不再投喂。4月以后各月份投饲量:4月25％,5月20％,6月10％,7月5％,8月停喂,9月10％,10～11月15％。二、试验结果 1.对比试验统计结果见下表。
