目前用于对机器和机械零件表面作振动塑性形变处理以提高其性能的机械装置结构都很复杂,而且在往复运动和回转运转之间没有刚性且直接联系,从而明显地影响到微观形貌几何参数的稳定性。 现在介绍的用于处理非淬火的渗碳钢、淬火渗碳钢、有色金属及其合金零件上直径大于φ15mm的圆孔内表面的振动滚压装置就没有上述缺点。该装置(见图)做成带锥柄的传动轴状。
