脑卒中是指脑动脉系统病变引起的血管痉挛、闭塞或破裂,造成急性发展的脑局部循环障碍和以偏瘫为主的肢体功能障碍~([1])。脑卒中之后,70%~80%患者留有不同程度的后遗症,治疗中早期的良肢位摆放能有效地降低残障程度,提高患者的生活质量。患者家属是患者最主要的照顾者和社会支持来源,在患者康复过程中起着重要的作用。因此应提高患者及其家属实施良肢位摆放的依从性。一般资料2015年7月—12月,我院康复科收治神志清醒、以
