主观主义、宗派主义与党八股,是在中国革命过程中产生过恶劣影响的三股歪风,虽经延安整风得到了比较彻底的清理和整顿,但因受国际国内政治环境和气候的影响,目前又在部分干部中开始滋长流行。组织部作为党管干部的主要职能部门,对此应保持高度警觉性。如何才能彻底清除三股歪风,防止干部自我演变,从组织上确保党和国家的各级领导权永远掌握在忠诚于马克思主义的人手里?这是各级党的组织部门亟须研究解决的重大课题。笔者最近重读毛泽东
