The 6th Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from March 9 to 12, 1990. The plenary session reviewed and approved the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Party’s Contact with the People”. The plenum considers that our party is the vanguard of the working class, dedicated to the people, armed by Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought.
