提高冲压拉深件的精度,在少无切削加工,节省资源等有效生产中占有重要的地位。其中,传统的变薄拉深要保证配合件的精度还存在种种问题。若在模具适当地开有直沟,就容易解决这类问题。由于变薄拉深件重量轻,而且容易保证有一定的刚性,因此作为结构件的框架多有应用,图一即为电机内用示例。本文对于可达七级配合精度~*的波状成形法予以扼要介绍。1.波状成形法的原理波状成形法是在传统的变薄拉深的基础上加以改进,并以高精度为目标的设计。原理如*译注:日本的七级配合精度相当于我国现用标准 GB的二级,以下类同,余此类推。
