民族地区村级学习型党组织建设有一定的特殊性。文章通过对位于武陵山片区的民族地区的部分农村的调查走访,针对存在的问题,认为建设民族地区村级学习型党组织的具体路径包括:转变学习观念,树立先进的学习理念;科学安排学习内容,加强学习的针对性;创新学习方式,增强学习的实效性;加强人才队伍建设,为学习提供有力支撑;建立健全学习制度,为学习提供有力保障。
The construction of village-level learning party organizations in minority areas has certain particularities.
