目的观察半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术(DL Tscpc)治疗难治性青光眼的临床疗效。方法对52眼难治性青光眼采用810nm波长激光,能量1.5~2.5W,行巩膜睫状体光凝术,术后随访观察并记录眼压、视力,眼部自觉症状以及并发症,随访时间为36mo以上。结果 52眼治疗前平均眼压(54.12±12.75)mm Hg,最后随访平均眼压(17.82±8.5)mm Hg,手术有效率96.1%,术后39眼视力无变化,7眼视力提高,6眼视力下降。术前有眼痛的患者,眼痛症状均消失或缓解,并发症少,程度轻,主要有色素膜炎,前房渗出等无眼球萎缩。结论经长期随访观察,半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术是治疗难治性青光眼的一种简单、有效且安全的方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of semiconductor laser transdermal scleral cyclophotocoagulation (DL Tscpc) in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. Methods The intraocular pressure, visual acuity, ocular symptoms and complications were observed and recorded in 52 refractory glaucoma patients with 810nm wavelength laser and energy of 1.5 ~ 2.5W after scleral ciliary body photocoagulation. The follow-up time was 36mo above. Results The mean IOP of 52 eyes before treatment was (54.12 ± 12.75) mm Hg, the mean follow-up was (17.82 ± 8.5) mm Hg. The effective rate of operation was 96.1%. There was no change of visual acuity in 39 eyes, Eyesight decreased. Preoperative eye pain patients, eye symptoms disappeared or alleviated, fewer complications, the degree of light, the main pigmentitis, anterior chamber exudate and other non-spherical atrophy. Conclusion Long-term follow-up observation of semiconductor laser transscleral ciliary body photocoagulation is a simple, effective and safe method for the treatment of refractory glaucoma.
