目的分析金华市第一中学高中3个年级学生的视力与屈光度及色觉状况,为纠正学生不良用眼习惯提供科学依据。方法检测金华市某重点高中全体2 550名学生。测定远视力,凡裸眼视力<4.8者采用插片验光以测定球镜屈光度,并进行色觉检查。结果高一、高二、高三学生视力<5.0检出率的分别为90.17%,93.34%,97.76%,女、男生分别为95.48%,91.71%。视力<4.8的2 300名学生中,屈光度≤4.00 D的有1 617名(70.30%);>4.00 D的有683名(29.70%),其中女生407名(34.20%),男生276名(24.86%)。色觉障碍检出率为2.59%。结论重点中学学生视力不良率已经超过90%;女生远视力与屈光状况更差。
Objective To analyze the visual acuity, refraction and color vision status of three grade high school students in Jinhua First Middle School, to provide a scientific basis for correcting bad habits of students. Methods A total of 2 550 students from a key high school in Jinhua City were detected. Determination of distance vision, visual acuity in the naked eye <4.8 who optometry optometry to determine the spherical refraction, and color vision examination.
