我们加塔碧车队党支部建立于1970年10月份,32名党员分布在4个乘务组之中。车队共有职工127名,担负加格达奇至碧水和十八站的旅客列车的服务工作。我们车队所担任的路线,途经伊勒呼里山顶端,是通向与苏联仅一水相隔的“北极村”的必由之路。在这素有“死地”之称的山区行车,各种困难是可想而知的。一是气温低。这里年平均气温在摄氏零下4度左右,最低气温可达零下50多度,全年无霜期仅90余天。曾有人诙谐地说:“兴安岭上四大怪,冬天吃水靠麻袋,五月六月吃干菜,腊月开门用脚踹,男女模样分不开”。乘务员春秋上车要带两套衣服,车上常年备有大皮袄;冬季中遇有寒流袭击时,车门锁冻打不开车门,列车脚踏板冻
