目的探讨护理干预在无痛胃镜检查和治疗中的应用效果。方法 240例行无痛胃镜检查和治疗的患者,根据无痛胃镜检查患者的特点,对患者进行心理、饮食、配合事宜和解释无痛胃镜相关知识等方面的护理干预,观察期临床疗效。结果 240例患者均顺利完成无痛胃镜检查。结论护理干预可使患者树立健康心理,积极配合检查治疗,同时减轻患者痛苦,使无痛胃镜检查顺利完成。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy and treatment. Methods A total of 240 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy and treatment were enrolled in this study. According to the characteristics of patients with painless gastroscopy, the patients were treated with psychological intervention, diet, cooperation and painless gastroscope-related knowledge, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results All 240 patients successfully completed painless gastroscopy. Conclusion Nursing interventions can help patients establish healthy psychology, actively cooperate with the examination and treatment, relieve the pain of patients and make painless gastroscopy successfully completed.
