介绍了晶闸管调压式电气软启动器的工作原理和工作模式,分析了下运带式输送机在不同工况下的启动特点,并提出了采用电气软启动器与盘式制动器的启制动方案,给出了基于PLC的控制系统软硬件设计。该启动器可实现下运带式输送机各种工况下的软启动。
The working principle and working mode of the thyristor voltage regulator electrical soft starter are introduced. The starting characteristics of the down carrier belt conveyer under different operating conditions are analyzed. And the application of electric starter and disc brake actuator Program, given PLC-based control system hardware and software design. The starter can be achieved under the conveyor belt under various conditions of soft start.
