7月15日至17日,湖南省福彩中心携手News938“潇湘之声”共同举办的2016“乐善福彩·共同见证”自驾游公益之旅首批团队走进益阳安化县龙塘乡敬老院走访慰问孤残老人,为他们送去福彩公益金和慰问物资。龙塘乡敬老院位于安化县龙塘乡齐心村,始建于上世纪60年代,占地面积45亩,建筑面积1197平方米,设有床位60个。作为全乡唯一一所敬老院,龙塘乡敬老院现有48位各类残疾孤寡老人。
