恒牙列骨性开一直是正畸治疗的难点。用传统的固定矫治方法进行矫治 ,难以取得满意效果。正颌外科手术则费用比较昂贵 ,风险大。作者采用多曲方丝弓 (ｍｕｌｔｉｌｏｏｐｅｄｇｅｗｉｓｅａｒｃｈ＿ｗｉｒｅ ,ＭＥＡＷ)矫治技术治疗骨性开患者 11例疗效均满意 ,现报道如下?
