旅游规划是协调各利益相关者利益诉求,实现旅游和其他部门共同目标的过程。本文从旅游规划的利益相关者角度出发,通过对各级政府部门、旅游企业、旅游规划专家、社区居民、旅游者的利益诉求进行分析,提出政府应在旅游规划中起协调利益相关者的利益诉求,对旅游企业进行监督,旅游规划专家在制订规划的过程中关注社区居民参与及旅游者的利益诉求,以保证旅游规划的顺利实施及旅游业的可持续发展。
Tourism planning is the process of coordinating the interest demands of all stakeholders and realizing the common goal of tourism and other departments. From the perspective of stakeholders in tourism planning, through the analysis of the interest demands of government departments at all levels, tourism enterprises, tourism planning experts, community residents and tourists, this paper proposes that the government should coordinate the interests of stakeholders in tourism planning Demands and supervision of tourism enterprises.
