本文针对我国水资源缺乏的问题,结合目前海水淡化发展现状,重点探讨如何多形式发展海水淡化,解决沿海地区水资源短缺的途径方法,即建议建设海上水库,在北方海域适应季节变化,大量收集海冰,建立海上水源地;以海水淡化水为储备,建立国家饮用水储备;培育发展水务市场,对涉水行业实行规范化管理,为极度缺水地区提供足够饮用水保障等。
In view of the shortage of water resources in our country, combined with the current development of seawater desalination, this paper focuses on how to develop seawater desalination in many forms and how to solve the shortage of water resources in coastal areas. It is proposed to build offshore reservoirs, to adapt to seasonal changes in the northern sea areas, Sea ice, the establishment of marine water sources; to desalination of seawater as a reserve, the establishment of national drinking water reserves; nurture and develop the water market, the wading industry to implement standardized management, to provide adequate drinking water protection in areas with extreme water shortage.
