东北解放区的商业、贸易工作,是伴随着解放战争的胜利和解放区的发展而逐步发展起来的。东北解放区的商业,是一个包括国营商业、合作社商业、私营商业、公私合营商业和个体商业多种经济成分的完整的新民主主义的商业体系。国营商业、合作社商业和公私合营商业,属于社会主义和半社会主义性质,是崭新的商业经济成分。东北解放区在发展内部商业的同时,开辟了以苏联、朝鲜为主要对象的对外贸易渠道,这在全国解放区的历史上是前所未有的。
The commercial and trade work in the liberated areas of northeast China was gradually developed with the victory of the liberation war and the development of the liberated areas. The commerce in the liberated area of northeast China is a complete new-democratic commercial system that includes the various economic components of state-owned commerce, cooperative commerce, private commerce, public-private partnership and individual commerce. State-owned commerce, cooperative commerce, and public-private partnership business belong to the socialist and semi-socialist nature and are a brand new commercial economic component. While developing its internal business, the Northeast Liberated Area has opened up a channel for foreign trade with the Soviet Union and North Korea as its main targets, which is unprecedented in the history of the liberated areas in the country.
