一九四八年,那还是国民党统治时期,国民党诬称共产党为“共匪”,诬共产党“扰乱”国家、社会,称那场对共产党发动的内战是“勘乱”(我们称为解放战争)。那时国民党极端腐败,苛捐杂税, 名目繁多,民不聊生。我在家乡就常常看到保长带着乡公所的所丁或县里的兵, 到村里来抓壮丁催收粮款,弄得村民们躲躲藏藏,鸡飞狗跳,不得安宁。农民们真苦啊!
