遵照伟大领袖毛主席于关“人类要控制自己,做到有计划地增长”,和“人类在生育上完全无政府主义是不行的,也要有计划生育”的教导,我科在卫生部门各级党委的领导下,贯彻执行了毛主席的革命卫生路线,以阶级斗争为纲加强了对医务人员的政治思想教育,提高了三大觉悟,计划生育的技术工作,取得了一定的成绩。毛主席教导我们:“古人、外国.人的东西也要研究,拒绝研究是错误的,但一定要用批判的眼光去研究,做到古为今用,洋为中用。”现将一篇外国文献,摘译如下:
