UPS一个非常重要的组成部分就是蓄电池,可以说蓄电池就是UPS的能源中心。目前,绝大多数小功率UPS都采用无需维护的密封式铅酸蓄电池。表面上看这种电池不需要维护,但使用不当、不做定期保养同样会出问题。据有关数字表明,因电池故障而导致UPS不能正常工作的比例约为30%。因此,正确使用及维护好蓄电池至关重要。为此,编者采访了APC公司小功率UPS产品服务经理,他指出使用UPS时需要在以下五个方面特别注意:UPS不可过载;UPS不宜满载或过度轻载;正确使用UPS;UPS要远离热源;UPS需定期充放电保养。
