对比研究了三种高温合金表面预处理状态对激光熔覆裂纹敏感行为的影响。研究表明：合金表面状态对激光熔覆处理有极大影响，降低合金表面Ａｌ含量、增加Ｎｉ含量均可降低激光处理时的合金裂纹敏感性。
The effect of pretreatment of three superalloys on the crack susceptibility of laser cladding was studied. The results show that the surface condition of the alloy greatly affects the laser cladding. Decreasing the Al content on the alloy surface and increasing the Ni content can reduce the sensitivity of the alloy to laser treatment.
