【目的】观察中药虎杖提取物白藜芦醇的体内抗小鼠艾滋病病毒作用。【方法】BALB/C小鼠50只,随机分成正常组, 模型组,白藜芦醇高、低剂量组(剂量分别为20、4 mg·kg-1·d-1),齐多呋定(AZT)组(剂量为100mg·kg-1·d-1);除正常组外,其他组小鼠均腹腔接种Friend型鼠白血病病毒(FLV),复制小鼠艾滋病模型;病毒攻击后1 d,各组均按设计剂量给药,连续21 d;剖杀小鼠,观察白藜芦醇对模型小鼠的脾指数(质量比)及脾指数抑制率、胸腺指数(质量比)、外周血白细胞和红细胞计数以及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。【结果】白藜芦醇高剂量组能抑制模型小鼠的脾肿大(P<0.05)和胸腺萎缩(P<0.01),升高外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群水平(P<0.05或P<0.01), 与模型组比较差异均具有显著性意义。但对外周血的白细胞和红细胞数量未见显著性影响。【结论】白藜芦醇具有一定的体内抗小鼠艾滋病病毒作用。
【Objective】 To observe the anti-HIV effect of resveratrol extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum in vivo. 【Methods】 Fifty BALB/C mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, resveratrol high-dose group and low-dose group (dose of 20, 4 mg·kg-1·d-1), Qidovudine In the (AZT) group (dose was 100 mg·kg-1·d-1), mice of other groups were inoculated intraperitoneally with Friend mouse leukemia virus (FLV) to replicate the mouse AIDS model; 1 d after virus attack. The groups were all dosed according to the design dose for 21 consecutive days. The mice were sacrificed, and the spleen index (mass ratio) and spleen index inhibition rate, thymus index (mass ratio), and peripheral blood of resveratrol in the model mice were observed. Leukocyte and red blood cell counts and the effects of CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets levels. 【Results】 High doses of resveratrol inhibited splenomegaly (P<0.05) and thymus atrophy (P<0.01) in model mice, and elevated CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood. The level of subgroups (P<0.05 or P<0.01) was significantly different from that of the model group. However, there was no significant effect on the number of white blood cells and red blood cells in peripheral blood. 【Conclusion】 Resveratrol has certain anti-HIV effect in mice.
