目的观察低频超声联合低频电刺激治疗脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法 90例脑供血不足患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。两组患者均接受常规治疗(口服养血清脑颗粒),观察组患者在此基础上配以低频超声及低频电刺激辅助治疗,治疗初定为3个疗程,每个疗程4周。治疗前后对两组患者血液粘度及脑血管流速情况进行检测,分析对比两组患者症状改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(64.4%)(P<0.05);观察组血液粘度比对照组下降明显(P<0.05);观察组脑血管流速优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低频超声联合低频电刺激治疗脑供血不足临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of low frequency ultrasound combined with low frequency electrical stimulation on cerebral insufficiency. Methods 90 patients with cerebral insufficiency were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment (Oral Yangxue Qingnao Granules). On the basis of this, the patients in the observation group were assisted by low-frequency ultrasound and low-frequency electrical stimulation. The initial treatment was 3 courses of 4 weeks each. Before and after treatment, blood viscosity and cerebrovascular flow velocity were detected in two groups of patients, and the symptoms of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate (93.3%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (64.4%) (P <0.05). The blood viscosity of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Low-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation for treatment of cerebral insufficiency has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
