小城镇建设,是目前各级政府的一项重要工作,节能环保型建筑是小城镇建设发展的方向。记者日前参观了河南信阳一个叫郝堂的丘陵山区村。这个地方的村镇建设,政府采取正确的引导方式,邀请知名设计师因地制宜、免费为每户村民单独设计图纸,所改造和新建的房屋别具特色、具有豫南民居风格,均使用节能、环保绿色建筑材料。郝堂村还加强卫生环境整治,新建家庭水冲式三格化粪池卫生厕所400座、户用型沼气池120座、公厕3座、污水处理系统1座。通过新村建设,郝堂村面貌焕然一新。
The construction of small towns and cities is an important task for all levels of government at present.
